Program description

What we text

Akili sends text messages for one purpose: delivering a one-time passcode when you enable or use two-factor authentication, verify your mobile number, or reset your password by phone. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

Program name

Akili account verification, also referred to as the Akili Security Messaging Program, operated by Ntegral Inc.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number under Settings → Account & security → Two-factor authentication in your Akili account, and ticking the consent box. The box is unchecked by default, is separate from accepting the Terms and Conditions, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of using Akili. The box reads: “I agree to receive one-time passcodes by SMS from Akili. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies — one message per sign-in, enrollment, verification, or password-reset attempt.

Rates, opt-out, and help

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or remove your number under Settings → Account & security. After opting out you will not receive further texts unless you enroll again. Opting out may prevent certain phone-based authentication features from working until you re-enroll.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email support@ntegral.com.
