Scoping happens on the verified token attached to every request, and it's enforced in the data layer rather than filtered as an afterthought. Your personal workspace is simply a tenant of one, and joining an organization adds a membership, not a second account.
A credit is Akili's usage unit — roughly 1,000 tokens of model usage, cost-anchored to what models actually cost to run. Included credits reset each billing cycle; purchased top-up packs roll over and are only drawn after your included allowance is spent.
No, and not as a policy — as a mechanism. Every model call reserves credits before it runs and settles after. When the pool hits zero, usage pauses by default until the monthly reset or a top-up. Auto-refill is opt-in and capped by an admin, and the cap can't be exceeded.
The usage dashboard projects your run-out date from the current run rate and alerts at 50%, 80%, and 100% of the allowance. Admins also get a per-member breakdown of who drew what.
