It can't, in either direction. The widget renders inside Shadow DOM, so your site's CSS can't break it and it can't leak styles into your site. The bundle is zero-dependency and around 15 KB gzipped.
No — it's an identifier, and it's safe to ship in your HTML. The real gate is the origin allowlist: origins are allowlisted server-side, so the widget only works on domains you've registered, no matter who copies your embed code.
Webchat deployment starts on Pro with 1 widget — Starter includes 2, Max and Team 3, and Business is unlimited. MCP connections and API keys follow the same shape: 1 on Pro, 2 on Starter, 3 on Max and Team, unlimited on Business and Enterprise.
A typed boundary. An agent sees exactly the operations a server exposes — nothing more. Connector credentials are encrypted at rest, like every other secret in the platform.
Yes, on Pro and up. Add it under Settings → MCP servers, then grant it to the agents that should be able to use it — tools are per-agent, not global. The agent's tool calls then appear in its transcripts, reviewable in the agent inbox.
Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Drive are a first-class integration on Team plans and up. Below that, you can still reach Google Drive through the MCP connector catalog.
Pro plans and up can generate API keys and chat with agents programmatically, or wire Akili into systems the catalog doesn't cover. Developers publishing to the marketplace also get a separate Publisher REST API with webhooks and developer keys.
