Terms and Conditions
The rules governing your use of the Akili platform.
This is the authoritative version of this document for Akili, operated by Ntegral Inc. It applies to the Akili marketing site at akili.io and to the Akili application at app.akili.io.
Acceptance of terms
Agreement
By accessing or using Akili, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Akili. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Changes to terms
Ntegral Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
Use of the service
Permitted use
You may use Akili for lawful business and personal purposes in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@ntegral.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
API keys
If you use the BYOK (bring your own key) feature, you remain solely responsible for the usage and billing associated with the third-party API keys you provide. Akili encrypts your keys at rest but is not liable for misuse resulting from compromised credentials you control.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal activity
You may not use Akili to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party.
Abuse of AI systems
You may not attempt to jailbreak, circumvent, or misuse AI models through Akili. This includes generating malware, CSAM, or content designed to deceive or harm others.
Service integrity
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Akili's infrastructure, APIs, or databases.
Intellectual property and content
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate using Akili. You grant Ntegral Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to deliver the service.
AI-generated content
AI-generated outputs are provided as-is. We make no warranty about accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use.
Akili platform
Akili's code, design, brand, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Ntegral Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to Ntegral's intellectual property.
SMS messaging terms
Program description
Akili sends text messages for one purpose: delivering a one-time passcode when you enable or use two-factor authentication, verify your mobile number, or reset your password by phone. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this program.
Consent
You consent to receive these messages by entering your mobile number under Settings → Account & security → Two-factor authentication and ticking the consent box. The box is unchecked by default, and consent to receive messages is not a condition of using Akili.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies — one message per sign-in, verification, or password-reset attempt. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or remove your number under Settings → Account & security. Reply HELP to any message, or email support@ntegral.com for help.
Carriers and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and consent data collected under this program are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see the Privacy Policy and the full SMS Terms.
Disclaimers and liability
No warranty
Akili is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ntegral Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ntegral Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Akili, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
Contact and termination
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. Ntegral Inc. may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
