How do I share a chat?
Hover the last reply (or open the chat's menu) and choose Share. Pick who can see it: only you, anyone in your organization, or anyone with the link — the last option works for anyone, even without an Akili account. The link stays live: it always shows the conversation's current messages, not a snapshot from the moment you shared it. Turning sharing off breaks the old link immediately.
Sharing a conversation
Find the Share button
It sits on the last reply's hover toolbar, in the chat header, and on each chat in your sidebar list — whichever is closest at hand.
Choose who can see it
Three visibility levels, or invite specific people by email with view-only or full access.
Or invite people directly
Add someone by email and set their access — view-only, or full use of the chat.
Revoke it any time
Switch back to “Only me” and the old link stops working immediately — whoever had it sees a clear message, not a broken page.
Good to know
- It's a live link, not a snapshot. Anyone holding it sees your latest messages — including ones you send after sharing, until you revoke it.
- No account needed to view. “Anyone with the link” genuinely means anyone; the link itself is the only credential.
- No expiry date, no password. The only control today is turning sharing off from the same dialog you used to turn it on.
- Every plan can share. There's no plan restriction or limit on how many chats you can share at once.
