What formats can I export a presentation to?
Open your presentation in Studio and find the Export panel in the sidebar — for a presentation, you'll see three buttons: PDF, PPTX, and PNG. Click one and the file opens in a new tab as soon as it's ready; export the same format again later and it's served instantly from a cached copy instead of being rebuilt. Your theme colors, fonts, images, and charts carry over faithfully into the PPTX, with charts staying fully editable rather than turning into flat pictures. PNG only captures the first slide, not the whole deck.

The file is built on request, then opens directly in a new tab — no email, no notification to check later.
If a format is turned off
PDF and PNG conversion depend on optional server components. Some self-hosted setups don't enable them — you'll get a clear message, not a missing button.

Good to know
- Formats depend on content type. A document offers DOCX, PDF, and Markdown; a webpage offers HTML, PDF, and PNG — a presentation is the only type with PPTX.
- Charts export as real charts. They land in PPTX as native, editable chart objects, not screenshots of the chart.
- No size limit, no watermark. Slide count is capped when the deck is first generated (up to 50 slides), not when you export it.
- A stale download link? On some setups export links expire after about an hour. If one stops working, just click Export again for a fresh copy.
